When we built Salesgenie, we wanted it to work out of the box for most of you. Which is why, we went out of the way to build in features so that you can adapt Salesgenie to your custom needs. You can upload your own contacts and accounts, your product master with prices so that you can send quotes to customers and even upload your own logo and e-mail address to ensure all communication to your customers go out on your stationery and your e-mail. We also allow you to set the filters on the lead scoring algorithm to decide for yourself what is a lead in your environment.
But, sometimes you need even more. While the underlying CRM platform is extremely flexible, and is ideally built to handle the complexities and technology requirements of most sales and marketing challenges you can throw at it, we are quite happy to work with you to build on the Salesgenie platform to create your own customized Salesgenie deployment.
We encourage you to use the hosted or the SAAS model of usage where we take care of all hardware, software, upgrades, security for your data while you access the data on our servers. Or, we can deploy this in your intranet, behind your firewall. We are flexible; for we want you to succeed.
