A very quick post in response to Ashish Sinha‘s post (Honesty or smart messaging?… ) datelined today in Pluggd.in.
And no, we are not the startup profiled there 
The reason I am devoting this blog-post to Ashish’s comments is that it could have been us. We are close to the launch of Salesgenie CRM++, a CRM software targeted at the Indian SME market and what I can immediately share is that we have held off integrating with payment gateways ourselves.

I wanted to do a quick post on why we think not just Salesgenie CRM++ but any enterprise software, especially meant for SMEs must be offered on SAAS platform.
